In April of 2024, the US Fish and Wildlife Service issued new legislation identifying the types of situations in which a Permit Application must be completed for the FWS. Review the section titled Eagle Incidental Disturbance and Nest Take Permits Whether this is the case for the CDD plans is uncertain at this point. Inquiries are being made.
